- The items must be unwashed, unworn, and with the original hangtags attached.
- Proof of payment must accompany the return.
- All products are subject to inspection.
Faulty Product Returns: If you wish to return or exchange a product due to quality issues, please provide an unboxing video and pictures of the damaged goods. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a reshipment at our expense.
Change of Mind Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personal preferences or dislikes. If you still insist on returning or exchanging the product, you will be responsible for the postage costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please request the cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to retrieve it from the shipping process. Please allow us 12 hours to process your cancellation. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of a successful cancellation. For exchanges, refunds will be issued within 1-2 working days after we receive the returned parcel and confirm its condition. The shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Refunds: Once your return parcel is received, inspected, and approved, we will process the refund via your original method of payment. The refund processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Please note that the exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
